Newborn sessions are a bit different than your typical photo shoot.  They take some extra time and TLC for both Mom and baby and maybe Dad too!  We will need to set aside a good chunk of time to complete your session.  

There is some flexibility as to how we can accommodate your newborn photo session.  Most of the time, it is ideal that I come right to your home and take your photos there.  This way Mom and baby don't have to leave house after just getting home.  A couple of other choices:  if the weather is great we can shoot your photos outdoors, or you can come to my small in-home studio space.  Send me an email for some additional information!  info@polkadotsandbowsphotography.com

4-5 Hour Session (Yes, you read that correctly!)

$250

•  4-5 hour session at the location of your choice (the time will really depend on the temperament of baby at the time of the session.  I am a mom...I know how it goes!
• Newborns are best photographed in the first 2 weeks
• If I come to your home or we meet on location, I can bring all of my gear, props, backdrops, etc with me.
• If you have an idea or theme for your photos I will do my best to accommodate!
• You will need to provide any clothing or specialty-wear that you would like baby photographed in
• I have blankets, wraps, etc. that we can wrap baby in as well.
• If you have something special that you would like included in your photos please let me know, I would LOVE to include it! (family heirloom, prop)
• We will use the room in your home that has the MOST NATURAL LIGHT.
• This could be anywhere in the home.
• You will want to clear out the area we will be photographing in of any extra "stuff" so it is free of clutter.

Includes:

• Digital download of approximately 15-20 custom-edited images in color and/or black and white
• Images are presented to you in an online, password protected gallery
• You may post photos to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. however you may not edit or change the photos in any way.  Please also give photo credit back to Polka Dots & Bows Photography!
• Photo printing rights for all photos

FAQ

Do you provide props? YES!  We have a huge variety of baskets, wraps, bonnets, bows, blankets, and floor drops to make babies first photo shoot just as you would like it!

 Is there a travel fee?  Nope!

Do you have a studio?  Yes!  Our studio is located in Cumming, GA.  We can photograph baby in my studio or in your home.  Whichever you are comfortable with!

 Can I bring anything special to add to the photos?  Of course!  We encourage you to!

When is the best time to photograph newborns?  During the first 2 weeks of life.  That's when the baby is at it's squishiest!
